i was thinking about the ideas that are fed to us throughout our lives. the effect that has on us and what we are often told when we have an opinion. i was also thinking about the way we self sabotage and dialogue we tell ourselves with no basis in reality. "you are not in pain, you are not worthy, just smile, act okay" - these are all things that we are told to do or tell ourselves. it's all just in our head, right?
